Hand carded, Coopworth wool, wet felted with needle felted details. Made for final critique 1st year. Currently on display @ Sheridan College across the hall from the Gallery, just outside the Textiles studio. Other pieces including, fox scarf, lettuce shoes, shrimp clutches and embroidered tree, all by me, are also on display now.
Wool was purchases @ Spun Fibre Arts in Burlington.
If you're in the area of the Sheridan Galley, check out Meghan McDonald's display on the other side of the doors to the studio. Her work is on display as well, and she has some amazing needle point, crochet and stitched pieces, including tiny chairs, sea-horses, and birds nets, so tiny they can fit in your hand. And it's all done by hand! They're fantastic!
